不再满足于“借景入室”的初级手法,本案将自然视为空间的“共创者”。通过严谨的布局规划,自然元素被激活并参与到场地的成型中,让人们在视觉的惊鸿一瞥与长久的居住体验里,都能真切感受到与万物相连的深刻印记。
借水为景,以虚实为骨。该宅邸通过隐显相间的空间调度,营造出人与天地的缓冲之境。一泓湖水不仅定格了空间的外向气韵,更如春雨润物般潜入起居微末,达成物我两忘、居游合一的悠长羁绊。
身处其中,你能“看”到水的流动。设计师将湖面的起伏转化为空间的起伏,让墙壁的转折与天光的洒落代替了真实的波纹。这种经过重构的流动感,让整个空间看起来既不杂乱,又充满了灵动的生命力。

门厅区依托迎面设立的阻隔墙体作为起始锚固点,凭藉纯粹的正交线条矩阵,催生出向深处延伸的空间次序。镜像式的几何布局显著提升了构架的恒定感,借由边界形态的明晰化操作,达成了外部场域与内部栖息地间的柔性交接。
The entrance hall area relies on the barrier wall set up in front of it as the starting anchor point, and with a pure orthogonal line matrix, it creates a spatial sequence that extends deeper. The mirrored geometric layout significantly enhances the sense of constancy of the framework, and through the clarification of boundary shapes, achieves a flexible transition between the external field and the internal habitat.

一壁之立,半遮半掩间便理清了居所的经纬。它不仅界定了前堂与后寝的规制,更以步移景异的姿态,将人由入室的喧杂,徐徐引入待客的明堂,最终归于休憩的幽静,起承转合间尽显游园般的从容。
Standing on one wall, the latitude and longitude of the residence were clarified in a half concealed manner. 大面积的中性色交织出静谧的底蕴。影壁不仅遮挡了视线,更在身后藏下酒香,顺理成章地引出岛台与餐区的烟火气。当目光流转,那柔美弧度的落地窗已将万顷湖景借入室中,成为空间里最惊艳的底牌。
Large areas of neutral colors interweave to create a serene atmosphere. The shadow wall not only blocks the view, but also hides the aroma of wine behind, naturally leading to the fireworks atmosphere of the island and dining area. When the eyes turn, the french window with its soft and beautiful radian has borrowed the view of Wanqing Lake into the room, becoming the most amazing card in the space.

素净的大理石大地承载着现代美学的精微之处,默默诉说着庄重与仪式。天光云影徘徊于地面的温润光泽之中,激荡出层层叠叠的明暗诗篇,令置身其中的人,仿佛在经历一场绵延不绝、徐徐图之的视觉漫步。
The pristine marble earth carries the essence of modern aesthetics, silently expressing solemnity and ceremony. The sky's light and cloud shadows linger in the warm luster of the ground, stirring up layers of light and dark poems, making those who are immersed in them feel as if they are experiencing a continuous and leisurely visual stroll.

将厨房安置在动线的末端,是设计的一种退让。错位排布的手法,巧妙化解了中西双厨直线相连的平庸。银白色的纯净基调蔓延至此,磨砂玻璃门悄然合上,将油烟与喧嚣留在身后,留给烹饪者的,是一个清静、专注且运转如飞的角落。
Placing the kitchen at the end of the flow line is a design concession. The technique of staggered arrangement cleverly resolves the mediocrity of the straight line connection between Chinese and Western kitchens. The pure silver white tone spreads to this point, and the frosted glass door quietly closes, leaving behind the smoke and noise, leaving a quiet, focused, and bustling corner for the cook.

坐在客厅里,整面的玻璃窗让湖水仿佛触手可及。这里的设计很有分寸,既觉得视野无比开阔,又不会觉得空荡荡没有安全感。在家里走动时,窗外的湖面像是在跟你捉迷藏,时而全景展现,时而一角窥探,这种生动的关系,让“住在湖边”不再只是一句口号,而是真正融入骨血的生活底色。
Sitting in the living room, the entire glass window makes the lake water seem within reach. The design here is very tasteful, as it feels incredibly spacious without feeling empty or insecure. When walking around the house, the lake outside the window seems to be playing hide and seek with you, sometimes showing a panoramic view, sometimes peeking into a corner. This vivid relationship makes "living by the lake" no longer just a slogan, but truly integrated into the essence of life.



中古之韵,暗合了东方造园中“借景”的智慧,与天地山水气韵相通。室内造物的肌理,宛如对外部山势水形的微观写意。内外虽各自成境,互不干扰,却在气脉上连理同枝,使得整个空间既有庙堂般的端正秩序,又有江湖般的旷达自由。
The charm of ancient times is in line with the wisdom of "borrowing scenery" in Eastern gardening, and is connected to the charm of heaven, earth, mountains, and waters. The texture of indoor creations is like a microscopic freehand depiction of the external mountains and water shapes. The reason why lakes, dwellings, and surrounding ecosystems can merge into a grand organic whole is entirely due to an implicit narrative logic that runs through it. 方案彻底打破了传统“框景”式的单向借景,建立起室内外双向流动的反馈闭环。居者的主观体验成为了解读湖景的变量,而湖水折射的动态光影则作为一种活跃的自然媒介持续介入室内,使得空间的物理状态与外部自然环境的更迭保持步调一致。
The plan completely breaks the traditional one-way borrowing style of "frame scenery" and establishes a feedback loop of two-way flow inside and outside the room. The subjective experience of the residents becomes a variable for understanding and reading the lake scenery, while the dynamic light and shadow refracted by the lake water serve as an active natural medium that continuously intervenes indoors, keeping the physical state of the space in sync with the changes in the external natural environment.

室内器物各安其位,素色为底,不染一丝浮躁,正应了“静笃”之意。此番定力非但没有闭塞,反而与湖面之空阔遥相呼应,生出一种大象无形的张力。在此间,朝暮更迭皆成虚妄,人、居、湖共入一场无始无终的清谈,日常烟火亦随之化作绵延不断的溪流。
Indoor objects are placed in their respective positions, with plain colors as the base, without any trace of restlessness, which perfectly embodies the meaning of "stillness and tranquility". Space is like an installation work based on the grammar rules of "light color and symmetry", with the primary purpose of outputting stable and comfortable emotional values. It cleverly plans the perceptual flow of the experiencer: from visual capture on the retina, gradually inducing resonance at the subconscious level, and ultimately freezing this external to internal understanding as a prerequisite for the development of lake dwelling aesthetics.


实用机能与空间情绪之所以能在此处毫无违和地交融,全赖于一种反教条的陈设逻辑。家具不追求死板的排布,而是紧贴生活本真:梳妆台破除了靠墙的惯性独立成景,日常起居也仅靠桌椅与背景柜的极简搭配来支撑,将松弛感拉满。
The reason why practical functions and spatial emotions can blend seamlessly here is entirely due to an anti dogmatic display logic. Furniture does not pursue rigid arrangement, but closely adheres to the essence of life: the dressing table breaks away from the inertia of leaning against the wall and becomes an independent scenery, and daily life is supported only by the minimalist combination of tables, chairs, and background cabinets, filling the sense of relaxation.

This low-key cultural inheritance perfectly matches the determination and composure of the elders who have experienced a thousand sails, allowing them to control themselves with ease.

儿童房内那种轻快且透亮的整体气场,实则是一场由外向内的光影协作。室外的充沛阳光率先切入,与室内高明度色彩及多层纹理的叠加效果产生共鸣。正是这种内外交织的视觉刺激,打破了平铺直叙,将空间的活跃度与层次感推向了极致。
The lively and transparent overall atmosphere in the children's room is actually a collaboration of light and shadow from the outside in. The abundant sunlight outside is the first to enter, resonating with the high brightness color and multi-layered texture overlay effect indoors. It is this interweaving of internal and external visual stimuli that breaks the flat and straightforward narrative, pushing the activity and hierarchy of the space to the extreme.
